We issue refunds once we receive your return and confirm that it is in good condition. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We do not refund initial shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

You have 30 days from the receipt of the return label to mail back your item(s).  If you do not ship the package back within 30 days of Duggan Sisters providing the return label, the refund window will expire.
