If it's been 3 days or less since you received a delivery confirmation:
Sometimes, a letter carrier will scan it as “Delivered” to get done with their route. It isn’t fair, but it does happen once in a while.
In this case, you can do a few things:
1. Give it 1-3 days for it to show up. It typically does get dropped of in the next day or so.
2. Call your local Post Office and ask them to look for the package. It may be sitting there in a bin.
3. It may have been delivered to a neighbor by accident and they’ll drop it off.
Please try these steps, 99.9% of the time the above steps solve the problem within 48 hours.
