How do I use a smartsoak?Updated 2 months ago

Our nifty smartsoaks are highly concentrated: each pack is a full treatment. Place the entire contents - including the packet of pure sodium bicarbonat - in a warm tub and soak until you forget your name.  

Be sure to soak your whole body at least 20 minutes. But you can also add extra hot water and soak for a hour.  Let your body soak up all those healing minerals and oils. 

Note for Foot Soak Folks: if you are using your smartsoak as a foot bath, divide the contents in three to get three healing sessions.
