If your purchase is over $75 after discounts, you will receive FREE SHIPPING! Otherwise, our standard shipping rate is $5.99 for orders under $50. 

The only exception to that is 1-2 smartsoaks, which cost less, but are heavy to ship. Flat rate for heavy orders is $8.99 for 1 soak or $9.99 for 2 soaks.  

We are now shipping most packages UPS Ground to the "Lower 48" and use the USPS for PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and certain small orders. We use either USPS Ground Advantage (formerly 1st Class) or Priority service depending on the weight of your package. All shipping services provide online tracking and delivery confirmation.

We ship Monday to Friday, within 1 business day of your order. In general, UPS Ground provides 1-3 day service, depending on your distance from Chicago. However, with current volumes and ongoing Covid-related labor shortages, this is estimated delivery time is not guaranteed by UPS or the USPS.
