Please note that we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped internationally.

Smartsoaks are a one-time use product and therefore not eligible for return. In addition, expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refill bags are not eligible for return if opened.  All customers should dispense lifestinks from an official Duggan Sisters container to ensure proper dosing and efficacy. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
